More cost effective than airfreight, more time effective than seafreight. Sea-/air transportation had its heyday in the 1980s. At that time the idea was to reduce transit time while avoiding the high costs. Today sea-/air services are experiencing a revival. The sea-/air service is an ideal solution, offering shipment twice as fast as pure seafreight at up to half the cost of regular arefreight.
