- 空运业务流程
一、 接受委托书
收到空运委托书（必须体现委托方联系电话、联系人和付款方式），客户服务人员根据委托书的要求向航空公司订舱。如我方在订舱过程中出现航程、预期抵达时间等不能满足要求时，客服人员将直接向业务员反馈，并提供合理方案供选择。如客户有其它要求，请提前告知客服人员，并在托运单上体现。
二、 安排货物入仓
在订妥舱位后货代客服人员将与客户联系，安排货物的合理入仓时间。岛内货物可免收上门提货费；岛外货物若需我司上门提货，将酌情收取提货费。为保证顺利通关，货物及正确的报关资料必须在预期航班起飞前一天，送达货代的指定点。如遇到航班在星期六、星期天、星期一，客户须于星期五早上9：00前将货及报关资料送到我司（预约加班除外）。
三、 计费重量确定
实际重量（Gross Weight）与体积重量（Volume Weight）比较取大者作为计费重量（货物计费重量以机场过磅为准）。
体积重量的计算：
体积重量=长（cm）X宽（cm）X高（cm）/6000
