﹡Push the process of pickup, feedback cargo status in time, optimize distribution routine如果询盘接受，在装货前一周，或者发货前1个工作日发订单给我司，订单格式请下载我们公司委托书格式填写，主要内容如下：
1发货人（公司名称，地址，联系人，电话，传真）
2收货人（公司名称，地址，电话，传真）
3通知人（公司名称，地址，电话，传真）
4麦头（空运和散货一定要提供麦头，以区别其他的货物，集装箱货只给一个收货人的可以不用麦头，标注N/M）
5货物描述（简单描述品名，数量，毛重，体积）
6起运港，目的港
7运费（运费多少，包含的内容，订的是什么航班，什么时候截关或起飞）
8提单方式（海运是否需要做电放，船东单或者货代单，空运默认出航空主单）
9付款（是否需要到付，是付美金还是人民币）
10拖车报关是否需要我们安排（拖车时间，地点，联系人。报关是否有单证，有单证的话截关前两天把核销单寄到我们报关行；无单证的话，截关前两天提供详细装箱清单）
